Active Women Together Programme
This 12 week programme is an empowering person-centred project that empowers women to prioritise their mental and physical wellbeing by setting achievable goals.
Women will be encouraged to consider their own needs to make healthier lifestyle choices and try a range of physical activities in a small, supportive group.
Training and volunteering opportunities will be available to enable people to have the skills and confidence to help drive a sustainable model within their own community.
